What information TGI Collects:

TGI collects information from individuals or entities when the client application, messages, survey feedback, and/or award information are submitted using this website.  The information that is collected from these processes consist of user’s IP address, date, and time the website was accessed.  In addition, TGI may also collect information that it receives from your web browser, including browser type, browser version, and operating system.  TGI collects the information contained in the application form, message form, survey form, and award information form upon submission.

How TGI Uses Your Information:

TGI uses your information in various ways to ensure you receive the experience you expect.  The information collected outside of form submission is primarily used to assist in troubleshooting issues or errors that the user is experiencing.  TGI uses the information submitted in the application form to build a client profile and to setup the bid match service that we offer as a free service.  Any messages, survey responses, or award information that are submitted to TGI using the website are sent to TGI via email and such messages, survey responses, and award information are not stored in an electronic database.

Information Sharing:

TGI does not sell, trade, or transfer any collected information to outside parties with the exception of award information which is sent to DoD OSBP as a requirement for TGI to provide this free service as an APEX Accelerator.  TGI may release information in the event that it is required by law.

TGI does not use cookies.
